(If you choose the full weekend, please don’t choose individual sessions)

1. Although each session says ‘FREE’, this is to allow you to pay by check rather than via a credit card or PayPal.

2. Choose the programs you wish, and total the sessions for your check.

4. Telephone-based conference information or Zoom links are sent the Thursday evening before each weekend.
