The mind is a video maker, disc recorder and a story writer. Who we are now is a result of the videos and discs that keeps on playing and books full of life stories narrated often times automatically from our life long experiences. If left unattended the mind plays negative and unhealthy videos and audios that negates our full potential and happiness. In this session we are going to use nurture positive techniques to take control of our automatic negative movies, audios and narratives and replace them with positive movies, audios and narratives to become the best version of ourselves. As we nurture the best version of ourselves, we tend to relate with others and the world at large in ways that enhances connection and happiness. Instead of waiting for the world to be a better place to be one day, we become co- creators of a better world. However the journey of becoming the best version has got its own hurdles called mental resistance or mental blocks. We are going to use various techniques from Nurture Positive, as well as appreciate and transcendence quadrants to work with mental blocks.
